If you want an effective weight loss program that actually works, then here are some simple things that you can do that will help you shed some excess fat, but most important it will keep your hard earned money in your pocket. Nothing works better than free.
The premise of a good weight loss program is simple enough. Just burn more calories that you consume. The difficulty is in applying this to the real world. Here is how to do that:
You will begin your very own weight loss program on day one by counting calories: Not Cutting
The very first day that you start your weight loss program does not begin by cutting anything. You want to know how many calories that you personally eat. Write down every morsel of food that you put into you mouth from when you wake up until your head hits the pillow for the day. Do Not Cut Back On Anything. Just write down what you normally consume. You must be willing to do this If you aren’t you can always go back and spend your cash on one of those overpriced “quick weight loss programs” on TV
When you are finished eating for the day and you have counted all of the calories that you’ve cosumed, go and weigh yourself You now have the information that you need to create your personal weight loss program
On day #2 we can now put our numbers to good use that you counted yesterday by eating 500 calories less than you usually do. This is not hard and you won’t even miss the calories after a couple days. Let’s say that you usually eat 3000 calories in a day then today you will cut back to 2500 calories. Keep these amount of calories for the next two weeks
Next, divide those new calories into five meals instead of the regular three. By having five 500 calorie meals will make it seem lke you are eating more food than when you started your weight loss program. eating more often in the day will make your metabolism speed up. Try to eat everythree hours
You must start to move on your weight loss program, there is no getting around this but you don’t have to kill yourself. Find something that you think you’ll enjoy and try it out. Walking, swimming, bike riding or golf anything to get the heart pumping. Keep it simple and enjoyable
After two weeks following this weight loss program just cutting 500 calories and including some exercise weigh yourself. You should see a weight loss between 2 – 5 lbs.. Not bad. That how easy it is to start a weight loss program and keep money in your pocket at the same time.
